A: To place an order, you need to send us a detailed request. We will provide you with a quotation based on your requirements. Once you confirm the quotation, you can make the payment. If toolings are needed, we will proceed with making them. After that, we will create samples for your approval. Once the samples are approved, we will start mass production. Before delivery, we will conduct quality checking to ensure the products meet your expectations. Finally, we will arrange for the delivery and provide after-sales service. If you need to reorder, you can simply follow the same process.
A: The time required to provide an engineering sample depends on the complexity of the parts. For machining parts, it usually takes around 10 days. However, for parts that require processes such as casting, die casting, stamping, plastic injection, or aluminum extrusion, it may take between 15 to 60 days.
A: For engineering samples, we will send them out using international express service or by air. For mass production, the shipping method will depend on the weight and volume of the products. Generally, we use air or sea shipping for mass production.

A: Absolutely! We always respect our clients' requests for confidentiality. If you want to keep your design in secret, we can sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to ensure the protection of your intellectual property.
A: To provide an accurate quotation, please provide us with your drawing in PDF or CAD format. 3D drawings are also acceptable. If you have physical samples, you can send them to us as well.

If everything is in order, we will establish a long-term cooperation and continue to communicate with you. In case of any quality issues, we will investigate the matter and take appropriate actions such as issuing credit notes or providing replacements. Additionally, we conduct a final inspection before shipments to guarantee the delivery of high-quality products.
