A: To place an order, you need to send us a detailed request. We will then provide you with a quotation. Once you confirm the quotation, you can make the payment. If toolings are required, we will proceed with making them. After that, we will make samples and seek your approval. Once the samples are approved, we will start mass production. Before delivery, we will conduct quality checking. Finally, we will arrange for the delivery and provide after-sales service. If you need to repeat the order, you can simply let us know.
A: The time required to get an engineering sample depends on your drawings or samples. For machining parts, it usually takes about 10 days. However, for parts that involve processes like casting, die casting, stamping, plastic injection, or aluminum extrusion, it may take anywhere between 15 to 60 days.
A: For engineering samples, we will send them out using international express service or by air. For mass production, the shipping method will depend on the weight and volume of the products. Usually, we use air or sea freight.
A: Yes, of course! We understand the urgency of your requirements and will try our best to assist you. We can create a special production schedule to prioritize your urgent products.
A: Absolutely! We value the confidentiality of our clients' designs and are more than willing to sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) upon your request.
A: To provide an accurate quotation, please provide your drawings in PDF or CAD format. 3D drawings are also acceptable. If you have samples available, you can provide them as well.
