Q1: What is the process of an order?
A: The process is as follows: Send your detailed request, receive feedback with quotation, confirm quotation and make payment, make toolings (if needed), make samples, obtain sample approval, proceed with mass production, conduct quality checking, arrange delivery, provide after-service, and repeat order.
Q2: How can I get an engineering sample?
A: The time required for an engineering sample depends on your drawings or samples. For machining parts, it usually takes 10 days. For parts that require processes like casting, die casting, stamping, plastic injection, or aluminum extrusion, it may take 15-60 days.
Q3: What is the shipping method?
A: For engineering samples, we will send them out by international express service or by air. For mass-production, the shipping method depends on weight and volume, usually by air or by sea.
Q4: Can you help if my products are very urgent?
A: Yes, of course! We will try our best to assist you. We can create a special production schedule to meet your urgent needs.
Q5: I want to keep our design in secret, can we sign an NDA?
A: For sure! We usually sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) according to our clients' request to ensure the confidentiality of their designs.
Q6: What kind of information do you need for a quotation?
A: Kindly provide your drawing in PDF or CAD format, including 3D drawings if available. Samples are also acceptable for quotation purposes.
Q7: What will you do for after-sales?
A: After you receive our goods, we will frequently follow up with you. If everything is satisfactory, we will maintain regular communication to establish long-term cooperation. In case of any quality issues, we will investigate and provide a credit note or make replenishment. We always conduct a final inspection before shipments to ensure high-quality delivery.
