Q1: What is the Process of an Order?
A: To place an order, you need to send us a detailed request. We will then provide you with a quotation. Once you confirm the quotation, you can make the payment. If toolings are required, we will proceed with making them. After that, we will make samples and await your approval. Once the samples are approved, we will start mass production. Before delivery, we will conduct quality checking. Finally, we will arrange for the delivery and provide after-service. If you are satisfied, you can place a repeat order.
Q2: How Can I Get an Engineering Sample?
A: The time it takes to get an engineering sample depends on your drawings or samples. For machining parts, it usually takes around 10 days. However, for parts that require processes like casting, die casting, stamping, plastic injection, or aluminum extrusion, it may take anywhere between 15 to 60 days.
Q3: What is the Shipping Method?
A: For engineering samples, we will send them out using international express service or by air. For mass-production, the shipping method will depend on the weight and volume of the products. Generally, we use air or sea transportation.
Q4: Can You Help If My Products are Very Urgent?
A: Absolutely! We will do our best to assist you. We can create a special production schedule to prioritize your urgent products.
Q5: Can We Sign an NDA to Keep Our Design Confidential?
A: Certainly! We usually sign NDAs according to our clients' requests to ensure the confidentiality of their designs.
Q6. What Information Do You Need for Quotation?
A: Kindly provide us with your drawings in PDF or CAD format, as well as 3D drawings if available. Samples are also acceptable.
Q7. What Will You Do for After Sales?
A: After you receive our goods, we will frequently follow up with you to ensure your satisfaction. If everything is in order, we will maintain regular communication to establish long-term cooperation. In case of any quality issues, we will investigate and take appropriate action, such as issuing a credit note or providing replacements. Before shipment, we always conduct a final inspection to ensure the delivery of high-quality products.
