If toolings are required, we will proceed with making them. After that, we will make samples for your approval. Once the samples are approved, we will start mass production. Before delivery, we will conduct quality checking. Finally, we will arrange for the delivery and provide after-service support. If you need to reorder, you can follow the same process.
A: The time required to obtain an engineering sample depends on your drawings or samples. For machining parts, it usually takes around 10 days. However, parts that require processes like casting, die casting, stamping, plastic injection, or aluminum extrusion may take anywhere between 15 to 60 days.
A: For engineering samples, we will send them out using international express service or by air. For mass production, the shipping method will depend on the weight and volume of the products. Usually, we use air or sea transportation.

A: Absolutely! We value the confidentiality of our clients' designs. We are more than willing to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) based on your request.
A: Please provide us with your drawings in PDF or CAD format. 3D drawings are also acceptable. If you have samples, you can provide them as well.
