Some of the cases we've done
A: To place an order, you need to send us a detailed request. We will then provide you with a quotation. Once you confirm the quotation, you can proceed with making the payment. If toolings are required, we will make them. After that, we will create samples for your approval. Once the samples are approved, we will start mass production. The products will undergo quality checking before being delivered to you. We also offer after-service support. If you need to reorder, you can follow the same process.
A: The time it takes to receive engineering samples depends on the type of parts. Machining parts usually take around 10 days. For parts that require processes such as casting, die casting, stamping, plastic injection, and aluminum extrusion, it can take anywhere from 15 to 60 days.
A: For engineering samples, we will send them out using international express service or by air. For mass production, the shipping method will depend on the weight and volume of the products. Usually, we use air or sea shipment.
