A: The process includes sending your detailed request, receiving feedback with a quotation, confirming the quotation and making payment, making toolings if needed, creating samples, obtaining sample approval, proceeding with mass production, conducting quality checking, arranging delivery, providing after-service, and facilitating repeat orders.
A: The time required to obtain an engineering sample depends on the nature of the parts. For machining parts, it usually takes 10 days. However, for parts that require processes such as casting, die casting, stamping, plastic injection, or aluminum extrusion, it may take between 15 to 60 days.
A: For engineering samples, we will send them out using international express service or by air. For mass-production, the shipping method depends on the weight and volume of the order. Usually, we use air or sea transportation.
