Q1: What is the Process of an Order?
A: To place an order, you need to send us a detailed request. We will provide you with a quotation based on your requirements. Once you confirm the quotation, you can make the payment. If toolings are needed, we will proceed with making them. After that, we will make samples for your approval. Once the samples are approved, we will start mass production. Before delivery, we will conduct a quality check to ensure the products meet your expectations. Finally, we will arrange for the delivery and provide after-service support. If you need to reorder, you can follow the same process.
Q2: How Can I Get an Engineering Sample?
A: The time it takes to get an engineering sample depends on your drawings or samples. For machining parts, it usually takes 10 days. For parts that require processes such as casting, die casting, stamping, plastic injection, or aluminum extrusion, it can take anywhere from 15 to 60 days.
Q3: What is the Shipping Method?
A: For engineering samples, we will send them out using international express service or by air. For mass production, the shipping method will depend on the weight and volume of the products, usually by air or by sea.
