A: To place an order, follow these steps:
A: The time required to obtain an engineering sample depends on the type of part. For machining parts, it usually takes 10 days. For parts that require processes like casting, die casting, stamping, plastic injection, or aluminum extrusion, it may take 15-60 days.
A: For engineering samples, we will send them out using international express service or by air. For mass production, the shipping method will depend on the weight and volume of the products. Usually, we use air or sea freight.
A: Yes, of course! We will try our best to assist you. We can create a special production schedule to prioritize your urgent order.
A: Absolutely! We always respect our clients' confidentiality. We are more than willing to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) as per your request.
A: To provide an accurate quotation, please provide your drawing in PDF or CAD format. 3D drawings are also acceptable. If you have any physical samples, you can send those as well.
