A: To place an order, you need to send us a detailed request. We will provide you with a quotation and once you confirm it, you can make the payment. If toolings are required, we will make them first. After that, we will create samples for your approval. Once you approve the samples, we will proceed with mass production. Before delivery, we will conduct quality checking. After the goods are delivered, we offer after-sales service. You can also place repeat orders with us.
Q2: How Can I Get an Engineering Sample?
A: The time required to get an engineering sample depends on your drawings or samples. For machining parts, it usually takes around 10 days. For parts that require processes like casting, die casting, stamping, plastic injection, or aluminum extrusion, it can take anywhere between 15 to 60 days.
Q3: What is the Shipping Method?
A: For engineering samples, we will send them out using international express service or by air. For mass production, the shipping method depends on the weight and volume of the goods. Usually, we use air or sea shipping.
