A: The process is simple and efficient. You start by sending us a detailed request, and we provide you with a feedback and quotation. Once you confirm the quotation, you make the payment. If toolings are needed, we will proceed with making them. Next, we make samples for your approval. After sample approval, we move on to mass production, followed by quality checking and delivery. Our after-service ensures we address any concerns, and we are always ready for repeat orders.
A: The time to receive engineering samples depends on your drawings or samples. For machining parts, it usually takes 10 days. For parts that require casting, die casting, stamping, plastic injection, aluminum extrusion, the process may take 15-60 days.
A: For engineering samples, we will send them out using international express service or by air. For mass production, the shipping method depends on the weight and volume of the order, usually by air or by sea.
A: Yes, of course! We understand the urgency of your products, and we will do our best to assist you. We can create a special production schedule to prioritize your order.
A: Absolutely! We value the confidentiality of our clients' designs. We are more than willing to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) based on your request.
A: To provide an accurate quotation, please kindly provide us with your drawings in PDF or CAD format. 3D drawings are also acceptable. Samples can also be provided for reference.
