A: To place an order, you need to send us a detailed request. We will then provide you with a quotation. Once you confirm the quotation, you can proceed to make the payment. If toolings are required, we will make them. After that, we will create samples for your approval. Once the samples are approved, we will start the mass production. We will conduct quality checking before delivering the products to you. After the delivery, we will provide after-sales service. If you need to repeat the order, you can contact us again.
A: The time it takes to get engineering samples depends on your drawings or samples. For machining parts, it usually takes around 10 days. If the parts require processes like casting, die casting, stamping, plastic injection, or aluminum extrusion, it may take 15-60 days.
A: For engineering samples, we will send them out using international express service or by air. For mass production, the shipping method depends on the weight and volume of the products. Usually, we use air or sea transportation.
A: Yes, of course! We will try our best to help you. We can create a special production schedule to prioritize your urgent products.
A: Absolutely! We usually sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) according to our clients' requests to protect their designs.
A: Please provide your drawing in PDF or CAD format, along with 3D drawings if available. Samples are also acceptable.
A: After you receive our goods, we will frequently follow up with you. If everything is satisfactory, we will continue to communicate to establish a long-term cooperation. In case of any quality issues, we will investigate and provide a credit note or make replenishment. We always conduct a final inspection before shipment to ensure the delivery of high-quality products.
