A: To place an order, you need to send us a detailed request. We will then provide you with a quotation. Once you confirm the quotation, you can make the payment. If toolings are required, we will proceed with making them. After that, we will make samples for your approval. Once the samples are approved, we will start mass production. Before delivery, we conduct quality checking to ensure the products meet our standards. Finally, we arrange for the delivery and provide after-sales service. If you are satisfied with our products, you can place a repeat order.
Q2: How Can I Get Engineering Samples?
A: The time required to get engineering samples depends on the complexity of the parts. For machining parts, it usually takes around 10 days. However, for parts that require processes like casting, die casting, stamping, plastic injection, or aluminum extrusion, it may take between 15 to 60 days.
Q3: What is the Shipping Method?
A: For engineering samples, we will send them out using international express service or by air. For mass production, the shipping method depends on the weight and volume of the products. Usually, we use air or sea transportation.
Q4: Can You Help If My Products are Very Urgent?
A: Yes, of course! We understand the importance of urgent orders, and we will try our best to assist you. We can create a special production schedule to prioritize your order.
Q5: I Want to Keep Our Design in Secret, Can We Sign NDA?
