A: To place an order, please send us a detailed request. We will provide you with a quotation and upon your confirmation, you can make the payment. If toolings are required, we will proceed with making them. Once the samples are ready, we will send them to you for approval. After that, we will start the mass production, followed by quality checking and delivery. Our after-service team will be available for any assistance you may need, and we look forward to receiving your repeat orders.
A: The time required to provide an engineering sample depends on your drawings or samples. For machining parts, it usually takes around 10 days. If the parts need processes like casting, die casting, stamping, plastic injection, or aluminum extrusion, it may take between 15-60 days.
A: For engineering samples, we will send them out using international express service or by air. For mass-production orders, the shipping method will depend on the weight and volume of the products. Usually, we use air or sea shipping.
