To place an order, simply send us your detailed request. We will provide you with a feedback and quotation. Once you confirm the quotation, you can make the payment. If toolings are needed, we will proceed with making them. After that, we will make samples for your approval. Once the samples are approved, we will move on to mass production. Before delivery, we will conduct quality checking to ensure the highest standards. Finally, we will arrange for the delivery and provide after-service support. If you need to place a repeat order, we will be happy to assist you.
The time required to obtain an engineering sample depends on your drawings or samples. For machining parts, it usually takes around 10 days. However, for parts that require processes such as casting, die casting, stamping, plastic injection, or aluminum extrusion, it may take between 15 and 60 days.
For engineering samples, we will send them out using international express service or by air. For mass-production orders, the shipping method will depend on the weight and volume of the products. Typically, we use air or sea transportation.
