If toolings are required, we will proceed with making them. After that, we will make samples for your approval. Once the samples are approved, we will start mass production. Before delivery, we conduct quality checking to ensure the products meet our standards. Finally, we arrange for the delivery and provide after-service support. If you are satisfied with our products, you can place a repeat order.
A: The time required to get an engineering sample depends on the complexity of the parts. For machining parts, it usually takes 10 days. However, for parts that require processes like casting, die casting, stamping, plastic injection, or aluminum extrusion, it may take anywhere between 15-60 days.
A: For engineering samples, we will send them out using international express service or by air. For mass-production orders, the shipping method depends on the weight and volume of the products. Usually, we use air or sea freight.
