A: The time required to get an engineering sample depends on your drawings or samples. For machining parts, it usually takes 10 days. For parts that require processes like casting, die casting, stamping, plastic injection, or aluminum extrusion, it can take 15-60 days.
Q3: What is the shipping method?
A: For engineering samples, we will send them out by international express service or by air. For mass production, the shipping method depends on the weight and volume of the order, usually by air or by sea.
Q4: Can you help if my products are very urgent?
A: Yes, of course! We will try our best to give you help. We can create a special production schedule to prioritize your urgent products.
Q5: I want to keep our design in secret. Can we sign an NDA?
A: For sure! We usually sign an NDA according to our clients' request to protect their design confidentiality.
Q6: What kinds of information do you need for a quotation?
A: Kindly please provide your drawing in PDF or CAD format, along with 3D drawings if available. Samples are also fine for reference.
