Q2: How Can I Get an Engineering Sample?
A: The time it takes to get an engineering sample depends on your drawings or samples. For machining parts, it usually takes 10 days. For parts that require processes like casting, die casting, stamping, plastic injection, or aluminum extrusion, it may take 15-60 days.
Q3: What is the Shipping Method?
A: For engineering samples, we will send them out using international express service or by air. For mass production, the shipping method depends on the weight and volume of the order, usually by air or by sea.
Q4: Can You Help If My Products are Very Urgent?

Q5: I Want to Keep Our Design in Secret, Can We Sign an NDA?
A: Absolutely! We usually sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) according to our clients' request to protect their design confidentiality.
Q6: What Kinds of Information Do You Need for Quotation?
A: In order to provide you with a quotation, please kindly provide your drawing in PDF or CAD format. 3D drawings are also acceptable. If you have samples, you can provide them as well.
