A: The process is as follows: Send your detailed request → Receive feedback with quotation → Confirm quotation and make payment → Make toolings (if needed) → Make samples → Sample approval → Mass production → Quality checking → Delivery → After service → Repeat order.
Q2: How can I get engineering samples?
A: The time required depends on your drawings or samples. For machining parts, it usually takes 10 days. For parts that need processes such as casting, die casting, stamping, plastic injection, or aluminum extrusion, it will take 15-60 days.
Q3: What is the shipping method?
A: For engineering samples, we will send them out by international express service or by air. For mass-production, the shipping method depends on weight and volume, usually by air or by sea.
Q4: Can you help if my products are very urgent?
A: Yes, of course! We will try our best to give you help. We will make a special production schedule to prioritize urgent orders.
Q5: I want to keep our design in secret, can we sign NDA?
A: For sure! We usually sign NDA according to our clients' requests to ensure confidentiality.
Q6: What kinds of information do you need for a quotation?
