Q1: What is the Process of an Order?
A: To place an order, you need to send us a detailed request. We will then provide you with a quotation. Once you confirm the quotation, you can proceed with making the payment. If toolings are required, we will create them. After that, we will make samples and wait for your approval. Once the samples are approved, we will start mass production. Before delivery, we will conduct quality checking. Finally, we will deliver the products and provide after-service. If you need to reorder, simply repeat the process.
Q2: How can I get an engineering sample?
A: The time required to get an engineering sample depends on your drawings or samples. For machining parts, it usually takes 10 days. For parts that require processes like casting, die casting, stamping, plastic injection, or aluminum extrusion, it can take between 15 to 60 days.
Q3: What is the shipping method?
A: For engineering samples, we will send them out using international express service or by air. For mass production, the shipping method depends on the weight and volume of the products. Usually, we use air or sea transportation.
Q4: Can you help if my products are very urgent?
A: Yes, of course! We will try our best to assist you. We can create a special production schedule to prioritize your urgent products.
Q5: I want to keep our design in secret, can we sign an NDA?
A: Absolutely! We always sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) according to our clients' request to ensure the confidentiality of their designs.
Q6: What kinds of information do you need for a quotation?
A: Please provide your drawing in PDF or CAD format, along with 3D drawings if available. Samples are also acceptable for quotation purposes.
Q7: What will you do for after-sales?
A: After you receive our goods, we will frequently follow up with you. If everything is satisfactory, we will maintain regular communication to establish long-term cooperation. In case of any quality issues, we will investigate and provide a credit note or make replenishment. Additionally, we always conduct a final inspection before shipment to ensure the delivery of high-quality products.
