Some of the cases we've done
A: To place an order, you need to send us a detailed request. We will then provide you with a quotation based on your requirements. Once the quotation is confirmed, you can make the payment. If toolings are required, we will proceed with making them. Next, we will make samples for your approval. Once the samples are approved, we will move on to mass production. Before delivery, we conduct quality checking to ensure the highest standards. Finally, we will arrange for the delivery and provide after-sales service. If you need to reorder, simply repeat the process.
A: The time required to provide an engineering sample depends on the complexity of your drawings or samples. For machining parts, it usually takes around 10 days. However, for parts that require processes such as casting, die casting, stamping, plastic injection, or aluminum extrusion, it can take anywhere between 15 to 60 days.
A: For engineering samples, we will send them out using international express service or by air. For mass production, the shipping method will depend on the weight and volume of the products. Usually, we use air or sea transportation.
