If toolings are required, we will proceed with making them. After that, we will make samples for your approval. Once the samples are approved, we will start mass production. Before delivery, we will conduct quality checking to ensure the products meet our standards. Finally, we will arrange for the delivery and provide after-sales service. If you are satisfied with our products, you can place a repeat order.
A: The time required to get an engineering sample depends on your drawings or samples. For machining parts, it usually takes around 10 days. If the parts require processes such as casting, die casting, stamping, plastic injection, or aluminum extrusion, it may take 15-60 days.
A: For engineering samples, we will send them out using international express service or by air. For mass production, the shipping method depends on the weight and volume of the products. Usually, we use air or sea transportation.
