If toolings are required, we will make them. After that, we will create samples for your approval. Once the samples are approved, we will move on to mass production. Before delivery, we will conduct quality checking to ensure the products meet our standards. Finally, we will arrange for the delivery and provide after-service support. If you are satisfied with the products, you can place a repeat order.
A: The time required to provide an engineering sample depends on your drawings or samples. For machining parts, it usually takes 10 days. However, for parts that require processes like casting, die casting, stamping, plastic injection, or aluminum extrusion, it can take anywhere from 15 to 60 days.
A: For engineering samples, we will send them out using international express service or by air. For mass-production orders, the shipping method depends on the weight and volume of the products. Usually, we use air or sea transportation.
