Q1: What is the Process of an Order?
A: To place an order, you need to send us a detailed request. We will then provide you with a quotation. Once you confirm the quotation, you can make the payment. If toolings are required, we will proceed with making them. After that, we will make samples for your approval. Once the samples are approved, we will start mass production. We will conduct quality checking before delivery, and then proceed with the delivery. After the delivery, we offer after-service, and you can also place a repeat order.
Q2: How Can I Get an Engineering Sample?
A: The time it takes to get an engineering sample depends on your drawings or samples. For machining parts, it usually takes around 10 days. For parts that require processes like casting, die casting, stamping, plastic injection, or aluminum extrusion, it may take between 15 and 60 days.
Q3: What is the Shipping Method?
A: For engineering samples, we will send them out using international express service or by air. For mass-production, the shipping method depends on the weight and volume of the products. Usually, we use air or sea shipping.
Q4: Can You Help If My Products Are Very Urgent?
A: Yes, of course! We will try our best to help you. We can create a special production schedule to prioritize urgent orders.
Q5: Can We Sign an NDA to Protect Our Design?

A: Please provide your drawing in PDF or CAD format, along with any 3D drawings if available. Samples are also acceptable.
