Q1: What is the Process of an Order?
A: To place an order, you need to send us a detailed request. We will provide you with a quotation and once you confirm it, you can make the payment. If toolings are needed, we will proceed with making them. Once the samples are ready, we will send them to you for approval. After that, we will start mass production, followed by quality checking and delivery. We also offer after-service, and you can repeat your order with us.
Q2: How Can I Get an Engineering Sample?
A: The time required to get an engineering sample depends on your drawings or samples. For machining parts, it usually takes 10 days. For parts that require processes like casting, die casting, stamping, plastic injection, or aluminum extrusion, it can take anywhere between 15 to 60 days.
Q3: What is the Shipping Method?
A: For engineering samples, we will send them out using international express service or by air. For mass production, the shipping method will depend on the weight and volume of the products. Usually, we use air or sea shipping.
Q4: Can You Help If My Products are Very Urgent?
A: Yes, of course! We will try our best to assist you. We can create a special production schedule to prioritize urgent orders.
Q5: I Want to Keep Our Design in Secret, Can We Sign NDA?
A: Absolutely! We always sign non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) according to our clients' requests to ensure the confidentiality of their designs.
Q6: What Information Do You Need for Quotation?
A: Please provide us with your drawings in PDF or CAD format, as well as 3D drawings if available. Samples are also acceptable for quotation purposes.
Q7: What Will You Do for After Sales?
A: After you receive our goods, we will frequently follow up with you to ensure everything is satisfactory. If there are any quality issues, we will investigate and provide a credit note or make replenishments. We conduct final inspections before shipments to guarantee high-quality delivery.
