Q1: What is the Process of an Order?
A: To place an order, you need to send us a detailed request. We will provide you with a quotation based on your requirements. Once you confirm the quotation, you can make the payment. If toolings are needed, we will proceed with making them. After that, we will make samples for your approval. Once the samples are approved, we will start mass production. Before delivery, we will conduct a quality check to ensure the products meet our standards. Finally, we will arrange for the delivery and provide after-sales service. If you need to place another order, you can simply repeat the process.
Q2: How can I get an engineering sample?
A: The time required to get an engineering sample depends on your drawings or samples. For machining parts, it usually takes around 10 days. However, for parts that require processes like casting, die casting, stamping, plastic injection, or aluminum extrusion, it may take anywhere from 15 to 60 days.
Q3: What is the shipping method?
A: For engineering samples, we will send them out using international express service or by air. For mass production, the shipping method depends on the weight and volume of the products. Usually, we use air or sea transportation.
Q4: Can you help if my products are very urgent?
A: Yes, of course! We understand the importance of urgency. If your products are very urgent, we will try our best to accommodate your needs. We will create a special production schedule to ensure timely delivery.
Q5: I want to keep our design in secret. Can we sign an NDA?

Q6: What kinds of information do you need for a quotation?
A: To provide you with an accurate quotation, please kindly provide us with your drawing in PDF or CAD format. 3D drawings are also acceptable. If you have samples, you can provide those as well.
