A: To place an order, you need to send us a detailed request. We will then provide you with a quotation, which you can confirm and make payment for. If toolings are required, we will proceed with their creation. Once the toolings are ready, we will make samples for your approval. After sample approval, we will move on to mass production. Before delivery, we will conduct quality checking. Once the quality is ensured, we will proceed with the delivery. We also offer after-service and welcome repeat orders.
A: The time required to get an engineering sample depends on the complexity of your drawings or samples. For machining parts, it usually takes around 10 days. However, for parts that require processes like casting, die casting, stamping, plastic injection, or aluminum extrusion, it may take anywhere between 15 and 60 days.
A: For engineering samples, we will send them out using international express service or by air. For mass production, the shipping method depends on the weight and volume of the products. Usually, we use air or sea transportation.
A: Yes, of course! We understand the importance of urgent orders and will try our best to assist you. We can create a special production schedule to prioritize your urgent products.
A: Absolutely! We respect our clients' confidentiality and are more than willing to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) upon your request.
A: To provide an accurate quotation, please kindly provide us with your drawing in PDF or CAD format. 3D drawings are also acceptable. If you have physical samples, those can be provided as well.
