Q1: What is the Process of an Order?
A: To place an order, you need to send us a detailed request. We will provide you with a quotation based on your requirements. Once you confirm the quotation, you can make the payment. If toolings are needed, we will proceed with making them. After that, we will make samples for your approval. Once the samples are approved, we will start mass production. We conduct quality checking before delivering the final products. After the delivery, we provide after-sales service. If you need to repeat the order, you can contact us again.
Q2: How can I get an engineering sample?
A: The time required to get an engineering sample depends on your drawings or samples. For machining parts, it usually takes 10 days. However, for parts that require processes like casting, die casting, stamping, plastic injection, or aluminum extrusion, it may take 15-60 days.
Q3: What is the shipping method?
A: For engineering samples, we will send them out using international express service or by air. For mass production, the shipping method depends on the weight and volume of the products. Usually, we use air or sea transportation.
Q4: Can you help if my products are very urgent?
A: Yes, of course! We will try our best to assist you. In such cases, we will create a special production schedule to ensure timely delivery.
Q5: I want to keep our design a secret. Can we sign an NDA?
A: Absolutely! We usually sign an NDA according to our clients' requests to protect their designs and intellectual property.
Q6: What kinds of information do you need for a quotation?
A: To provide you with an accurate quotation, please provide your drawings in PDF or CAD format. 3D drawings are also acceptable. If you have samples, you can provide them as well.
Q7: What will you do for after-sales?
A: After you receive our goods, we will frequently follow up with you to ensure your satisfaction. If everything is okay, we will maintain regular communication to establish a long-term cooperation. In case of any quality issues, we will investigate and take appropriate actions, such as issuing a credit note or providing a replacement.
