Some of the cases we've done
A: To place an order, you need to send us a detailed request. We will then provide you with a quotation based on your requirements. Once you confirm the quotation, you can proceed with making the payment. If toolings are required, we will create them. After that, we will make samples for your approval. Once the samples are approved, we will start mass production. Before delivery, we will conduct quality checking to ensure the products meet our standards. Finally, we will arrange for the delivery and provide after-service support. If you need to reorder, you can follow the same process.
A: The time required to provide an engineering sample depends on the complexity of your drawings or samples. For machining parts, it usually takes around 10 days. However, if the parts require processes like casting, die casting, stamping, plastic injection, or aluminum extrusion, it may take anywhere between 15 to 60 days.
A: For engineering samples, we will send them out using international express service or by air. For mass-production orders, the shipping method will depend on the weight and volume of the products. Usually, we use air or sea freight.
