A: The time it takes to receive an engineering sample depends on your drawings or samples. For machining parts, it usually takes 10 days. Parts that require processes such as casting, die casting, stamping, plastic injection, or aluminum extrusion may take 15-60 days.
A: For engineering samples, we will send them out by international express service or by air. For mass production, the shipping method will depend on the weight and volume of the order, usually by air or by sea.
A: Yes, of course! We will try our best to assist you. We can create a special production schedule to prioritize urgent orders.
A: Absolutely! We usually sign an NDA according to our clients' request to ensure the confidentiality of their designs.
A: Please provide your drawing in PDF or CAD format, along with any 3D drawings you may have. Samples are also acceptable.
