Q1: What is the Process of an Order?
A: To place an order, you need to send us a detailed request. We will provide you with a quotation based on your requirements. Once you confirm the quotation, you can make the payment. If toolings are required, we will proceed with making them. After that, we will make samples for your approval. Once the samples are approved, we will start the mass production. Before delivery, we will perform quality checking to ensure the products meet your expectations. After delivery, we offer after-sales service, and you can also place a repeat order with us.
Q2: How Can I Get Engineering Sample?
A: The time required to provide an engineering sample depends on your drawings or samples. For machining parts, it usually takes around 10 days. For parts that require processes like casting, die casting, stamping, plastic injection, or aluminum extrusion, it may take between 15 and 60 days.
Q3: What is the Shipping Method?
A: For engineering samples, we will send them out using international express service or by air. For mass production, the shipping method depends on the weight and volume of the products. Usually, we use air or sea transportation.
Q4: Can You Give Us Help If My Products are Very Urgent?
A: Yes, of course! We understand the importance of urgent orders, and we will try our best to assist you. We can create a special production schedule to prioritize your urgent products.
Q5: I Want to Keep Our Design in Secret, Can We Sign NDA?

Q6: What Kinds of Information Do You Need for Quotation?
A: To provide you with an accurate quotation, please provide us with your drawing in PDF or CAD format. 3D drawings are also acceptable. If you have samples, you can provide them as well.
