A: The process of an order involves sending your detailed request, receiving feedback with a quotation, confirming the quotation, and making payment. If toolings are needed, they will be made, followed by the production of samples. After sample approval, mass production takes place, followed by quality checking and delivery. We also provide after-service support and are open to repeat orders.
A: The time required to get an engineering sample depends on your drawings or samples. For machining parts, it usually takes 10 days. For parts that require processes like casting, die casting, stamping, plastic injection, or aluminum extrusion, it may take 15-60 days.
A: For engineering samples, we send them out by international express service or by air. For mass production, the shipping method depends on the weight and volume of the goods. Usually, we use air or sea transportation.
