A: To place an order, please send us a detailed request. We will provide you with a quotation and once confirmed, you can make the payment. If toolings are required, we will proceed with making them. After that, we will make samples for your approval. Once the samples are approved, we will start mass production. Before delivery, we will conduct quality checking. After the delivery, we offer after-service support. If you need to place a repeat order, simply follow the same process.
A: The time required to obtain an engineering sample depends on your drawings or samples. For machining parts, it usually takes 10 days. For parts that require processes like casting, die casting, stamping, plastic injection, or aluminum extrusion, it can take 15-60 days.
A: For engineering samples, we will send them out using international express service or by air. For mass production, the shipping method depends on the weight and volume of the order, usually by air or by sea.
A: Yes, of course! We will try our best to assist you. We can create a special production schedule to prioritize urgent orders.
A: Absolutely! We usually sign NDAs according to our clients' requests to ensure confidentiality.
A: Please provide your drawing in PDF or CAD format, along with 3D drawings if available. Samples are also acceptable.
A: After you receive our goods, we will frequently follow up with you. If everything is satisfactory, we will continue to communicate to establish long-term cooperation. In case of any quality issues, we will investigate and provide a credit note or make a replenishment. We always conduct a final inspection before shipments to ensure high-quality delivery.
