A: To place an order, you need to send us a detailed request. We will then provide you with a quotation and once you confirm it, you can make the payment. If toolings are required, we will proceed with making them. After that, we will create samples for your approval. Once the samples are approved, we will proceed with mass production. Before delivering the products, we will conduct quality checking to ensure the highest standards. Finally, we will arrange for the delivery and provide after-service support. If you are satisfied with our products, you can place a repeat order.
A: The time required to provide an engineering sample depends on your drawings or samples. For machining parts, it usually takes around 10 days. However, if the parts require processes such as casting, die casting, stamping, plastic injection, or aluminum extrusion, it may take between 15 to 60 days.
A: For engineering samples, we will send them out using international express service or by air. For mass production, the shipping method depends on the weight and volume of the products. Usually, we use air or sea transportation.

A: Absolutely! We respect the confidentiality of our clients' designs and are willing to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) as per your request.
