If toolings are required, we will proceed with making them. After that, we will create samples for your approval. Once the samples are approved, we will proceed with mass production. Before delivering the products, we will conduct quality checking to ensure the highest standards. Finally, we will arrange for the delivery and provide after-service support. If you are satisfied with our products, you can place a repeat order.

Q2: How can I get an engineering sample?

A: The time required to provide an engineering sample depends on your drawings or samples. For machining parts, it usually takes around 10 days. However, if the parts require processes such as casting, die casting, stamping, plastic injection, or aluminum extrusion, it may take between 15 to 60 days.

Q3: What is the shipping method?

A: For engineering samples, we will send them out using international express service or by air. For mass production, the shipping method depends on the weight and volume of the products. Usually, we use air or sea transportation.

Q4: Can you help if my products are very urgent?

A: Yes, of course! We understand the importance of urgent orders and will do our best to assist you. We can create a special production schedule to prioritize your order.

Q5: I want to keep our design a secret. Can we sign an NDA?
