If toolings are required, we will proceed with making them. After that, we will make samples for your approval. Once the samples are approved, we will start mass production. Before delivery, we will conduct quality checking to ensure the products meet our standards. Finally, we will arrange the delivery and provide after-sales service. If you are satisfied with our products, you can place a repeat order.
Q2: How Can I Get an Engineering Sample?
A: The time required to provide an engineering sample depends on the complexity of your project. For machining parts, it usually takes around 10 days. For parts that require processes like casting, die casting, stamping, plastic injection, or aluminum extrusion, it may take between 15 and 60 days.
Q3: What is the Shipping Method?
A: For engineering samples, we will send them out using international express service or by air. For mass-production orders, the shipping method will depend on the weight and volume of the products. Usually, we use air or sea transportation.
Q4: Can You Help If My Products are Very Urgent?
