Q2: How Can I Get Engineering Sample?
A: The time required to obtain an engineering sample depends on your drawings or samples. For machining parts, it usually takes around 10 days. However, for parts that require processes such as casting, die casting, stamping, plastic injection, or aluminum extrusion, it may take between 15 and 60 days.

Q3: What is the Shipping Method?
A: For engineering samples, we will send them out using international express service or by air. For mass-production, the shipping method depends on the weight and volume of the products, usually by air or by sea.

Q4: Can You Give Us Help If My Products are Very Urgent?
A: Yes, of course! We will try our best to assist you. We can create a special production schedule to prioritize urgent orders.

Q5: I Want to Keep Our Design in Secret, Can We Sign NDA?

A: Kindly please provide your drawing in PDF or CAD format, including 3D drawings if available. Samples are also acceptable for quotation purposes.
