Q1: What is the Process of an Order?
A: To place an order, you need to send us a detailed request. We will then provide you with a quotation. Once you confirm the quotation, you can make the payment. If toolings are required, we will make them. After that, we will produce samples for your approval. Once the samples are approved, we will start mass production. We will conduct quality checking before delivering the products. After the delivery, we provide after-service support. If you need to reorder, you can follow the same process.
Q2: How can I get an engineering sample?
A: The time it takes to get an engineering sample depends on your drawings or samples. For machining parts, it usually takes 10 days. For parts that require processes such as casting, die casting, stamping, plastic injection, or aluminum extrusion, it will take 15-60 days.
Q3: What is the shipping method?
A: For engineering samples, we will send them out by international express service or by air. For mass production, the shipping method depends on the weight and volume of the products. Usually, we use air or sea transportation.
Q4: Can you help if my products are very urgent?
A: Yes, of course! We will try our best to assist you. We can create a special production schedule to prioritize urgent orders.
Q5: I want to keep our design a secret. Can we sign an NDA?
A: Absolutely! We usually sign an NDA according to our clients' requests to ensure the confidentiality of their designs.
Q6: What kind of information do you need for a quotation?
A: Please provide your drawings in PDF or CAD format, including 3D drawings if available. Samples are also acceptable.
Q7: What will you do for after-sales?
A: After you receive our goods, we will frequently follow up with you. If everything is okay, we will continue to communicate to establish long-term cooperation. In the case of any quality issues, we will investigate and provide a credit note or make a replenishment. We always conduct a final inspection before shipments to ensure high-quality delivery.
Q8: How about the MOQ?
