The RFQ (Request for Quotation) process at Cixi Youfu Machinery Co., Ltd is designed to ensure a seamless ordering experience for our customers. Here's how it works:
A: The process begins with sending your detailed request. We will then provide you with a feedback and quotation. Once you confirm the quotation, you can proceed to make the payment. If toolings are needed, we will create them. After that, we will make samples for your approval. Once the samples are approved, we will move on to mass production. Our team will conduct quality checking before delivering the final product. We also offer after-service to address any concerns you may have. If you are satisfied with our products, you can place a repeat order.
A: The time required to obtain engineering samples depends on the complexity of the parts. For machining parts, it usually takes around 10 days. However, for parts that require processes such as casting, die casting, stamping, plastic injection, or aluminum extrusion, it may take between 15 to 60 days.
A: For engineering samples, we will send them out using international express service or by air. For mass-production orders, the shipping method will depend on the weight and volume of the products. Usually, we use air or sea freight.
A: Yes, of course! We understand the importance of urgent orders, and we will do our best to assist you. We can create a special production schedule to prioritize your order.
A: Absolutely! We value the confidentiality of our clients' designs and are more than willing to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) upon request.
A: To provide an accurate quotation, please kindly provide your drawing in PDF or CAD format. 3D drawings are also acceptable. If you have physical samples, you can send them to us as well.
A: After you receive our goods, we will frequently follow up with you to ensure your satisfaction. If there are any quality issues, we will investigate and take necessary actions, such as issuing a credit note or providing replacements. Before shipment, we conduct a final inspection to ensure the delivery of high-quality products.
