Some of the cases we've done
A: To place an order, you need to send us a detailed request. We will provide you with a feedback and quotation. Once you confirm the quotation, you can make the payment. If toolings are required, we will proceed with making them. After that, we will make samples for your approval. Once the samples are approved, we will start with mass production. Before delivery, we will conduct quality checking to ensure the products meet our standards. Finally, we will arrange for the delivery and provide after-service support. If you require the same order again, you can simply place a repeat order.
A: The time required to obtain an engineering sample depends on the complexity of the parts. For machining parts, it usually takes around 10 days. However, for parts that require processes like casting, die casting, stamping, plastic injection, or aluminum extrusion, it may take anywhere between 15 to 60 days.
A: For engineering samples, we will send them out using international express service or by air. For mass production, the shipping method will depend on the weight and volume of the products. Generally, we use air or sea transportation for mass production.
A: Yes, of course! We understand the importance of urgent orders, and we will try our best to provide you with the necessary assistance. We can create a special production schedule to prioritize your urgent order.
A: Absolutely! We value our clients' confidentiality. If you want to keep your design in secret, we can sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) according to your request.
A: To provide you with an accurate quotation, please provide us with your drawings in PDF or CAD format. 3D drawings are also acceptable. If you have any samples, you can provide them as well.
A: After you receive our goods, we will frequently follow up with you to ensure your satisfaction. If everything is okay, we will establish frequent communication to foster a long-term cooperation. In the rare case of any quality issues, we will investigate the matter and provide a credit note or make a replenishment.
