A: To place an order, you need to send us a detailed request. We will then provide you with a quotation based on your requirements. Once you confirm the quotation, you can proceed with the payment. If toolings are required, we will create them. After that, we will make samples and seek your approval. Once the samples are approved, we will move on to mass production. We conduct quality checks before delivering the final products. We also offer after-sales service, and you can repeat your order with us.
A: The time required to provide an engineering sample depends on the complexity of the parts. For machining parts, it usually takes around 10 days. However, for parts that require processes like casting, die casting, stamping, plastic injection, or aluminum extrusion, it may take between 15 to 60 days.
A: For engineering samples, we will send them out using international express service or by air. For mass production, the shipping method will depend on the weight and volume of the products. Typically, we use air or sea transportation.
A: Yes, of course! We understand the importance of urgent orders, and we will do our best to assist you. We can create a special production schedule to prioritize your order.
A: Absolutely! We respect our clients' confidentiality. If you want to keep your design in secret, we are more than willing to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to ensure the protection of your intellectual property.
A: To provide an accurate quotation, please kindly provide us with your drawings in PDF or CAD format. 3D drawings are also acceptable. If you have physical samples, you can send them to us as well.

If any quality issues arise, we will investigate and offer solutions, such as issuing a credit note or providing replacements. Before shipment, we conduct a final inspection to ensure the delivery of high-quality products.
