If toolings are required, we will make them. After that, we will create samples for your approval. Once the samples are approved, we will start the mass production. We conduct quality checking before delivery, and then the products will be shipped to you. We also provide after-service to ensure your satisfaction. If you need to reorder, you can simply follow the same process.
A: The time required to get an engineering sample depends on the type of parts. For machining parts, it usually takes 10 days. However, for parts that require processes like casting, die casting, stamping, plastic injection, or aluminum extrusion, it may take 15-60 days.
A: For engineering samples, we will send them out by international express service or by air. For mass production, the shipping method depends on the weight and volume of the products. Usually, we use air or sea transportation.
