Q1: What is the Process of an Order?
A: To place an order, you need to send us a detailed request. We will then provide you with a quotation. Once you confirm the quotation, you can make the payment. If toolings are required, we will make them. After that, we will create samples for your approval. Once the samples are approved, we will move on to mass production. We will conduct quality checks before delivering the products. After delivery, we offer after-service support. If needed, you can place a repeat order.
Q2: How Can I Get an Engineering Sample?
A: The time required for an engineering sample depends on your drawings or samples. For machining parts, it usually takes 10 days. For parts that require processes like casting, die casting, stamping, plastic injection, or aluminum extrusion, it can take anywhere from 15 to 60 days.
Q3: What is the Shipping Method?
A: For engineering samples, we will send them out using international express service or by air. For mass-production, the shipping method will depend on the weight and volume of the products. Usually, we use air or sea shipping.
Q4: Can You Help If My Products are Very Urgent?
A: Yes, of course! We will try our best to assist you. We can create a special production schedule to prioritize urgent orders.

A: Please provide your drawing in PDF or CAD format, along with any 3D drawings. Samples are also acceptable.

If everything is okay, we will continue to communicate with you to establish a long-term cooperation. In case of any quality issues, we will investigate and provide a credit note or make a replenishment.
