A: To place an order, you need to send us a detailed request. We will provide you with a quotation based on your requirements. Once you confirm the quotation, you can make the payment. If toolings are required, we will proceed with making them. After that, we will make samples for your approval. Once the samples are approved, we will start mass production. Before delivering the products, we will conduct quality checking. Finally, we will arrange for the delivery. After the delivery, we offer after-sales service, and you can place a repeat order if needed.
A: The time required to provide an engineering sample depends on your drawings or samples. For machining parts, it usually takes around 10 days. If the parts require processes like casting, die casting, stamping, plastic injection, or aluminum extrusion, it may take between 15-60 days.
A: For engineering samples, we will send them out using international express service or by air. For mass-production, the shipping method depends on the weight and volume of the products. Usually, we use air or sea shipping.
A: Yes, of course! We understand the urgency of some projects, and we will try our best to assist you. We can create a special production schedule to prioritize your urgent order.
A: Absolutely! We respect our clients' confidentiality. If you want to keep your design confidential, we can sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) as per your request.
A: Please provide us with your drawing in PDF or CAD format. 3D drawings are also acceptable. If you have samples, you can provide those as well.
