If toolings are needed, we will proceed with making them. After that, we will make samples for your approval. Once the samples are approved, we will start mass production. Before delivery, we will conduct quality checking to ensure the highest standards. After the delivery, we offer after-service support. If you need to repeat your order, we are here to assist you.
Q2: How Can I Get an Engineering Sample?
A: Getting an engineering sample depends on your drawings or samples. For machining parts, it usually takes around 10 days. However, for parts that require processes like casting, die casting, stamping, plastic injection, or aluminum extrusion, it may take between 15 to 60 days.
Q3: What is the Shipping Method?
A: For engineering samples, we will send them out using international express service or by air. For mass-production orders, the shipping method will depend on the weight and volume of the products. Usually, we use air or sea transportation.
