A: To place an order, you need to send us a detailed request. We will provide you with a quotation based on your request. Once you confirm the quotation, you can make the payment. If toolings are required, we will create them. After that, we will make samples for your approval. Once the samples are approved, we will proceed with mass production. We will conduct quality checking before delivery, and then ship the products to you. We also offer after-service support. If you are satisfied with the products, you can place a repeat order.
A: The time required to provide an engineering sample depends on your drawings or samples. For machining parts, it usually takes around 10 days. For parts that require processes like casting, die casting, stamping, plastic injection, or aluminum extrusion, it may take between 15 to 60 days.
A: For engineering samples, we will send them out using international express service or by air. For mass production, the shipping method depends on the weight and volume of the products. Usually, we use air or sea freight.

A: Absolutely! We always sign non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) according to our clients' request to ensure the confidentiality of their designs.
