Some of the cases we've done
A: To place an order, you need to send us a detailed request. We will then provide you with a quotation and once you confirm it, you can make the payment. If toolings are required, we will create them. After that, we will make samples for your approval. Once the samples are approved, we will proceed with mass production. Before delivering the order, we will conduct quality checking. After the delivery, we offer after-service support. If you need to place a repeat order, you can do so.
A: The time required to get an engineering sample depends on the complexity of the parts. For machining parts, it usually takes around 10 days. However, if the parts require processes like casting, die casting, stamping, plastic injection, or aluminum extrusion, it may take anywhere between 15 to 60 days.
A: For engineering samples, we will send them out using international express service or by air. For mass-production orders, the shipping method depends on the weight and volume of the products. Generally, we use air or sea freight.
