A: To place an order, you need to send us a detailed request. We will then provide you with a quotation. Once you confirm the quotation, you can proceed to make the payment. If toolings are required, we will create them. After that, we will make samples for your approval. Once the samples are approved, we will proceed with mass production. Before delivery, we will conduct quality checking. After delivery, we offer after-service. If you need to reorder, you can follow the same process again.
Q2: How Can I Get an Engineering Sample?
A: The time it takes to get an engineering sample depends on your drawings or samples. For machining parts, it usually takes 10 days. For parts that require processes like casting, die casting, stamping, plastic injection, or aluminum extrusion, it can take 15-60 days.
Q3: What is the Shipping Method?
A: For engineering samples, we will send them out using international express service or by air. For mass production, the shipping method depends on the weight and volume of the products. Usually, we use air or sea freight.
Q4: Can You Help If My Products are Very Urgent?
A: Yes, of course! We will try our best to assist you. We can create a special production schedule to prioritize your urgent order.
Q5: Can We Sign an NDA to Keep Our Design in Secret?
A: Absolutely! We usually sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) according to our clients' request to ensure the confidentiality of their designs.
Q6: What Information Do You Need for a Quotation?
A: Please provide your drawing in PDF or CAD format, along with 3D drawings if available. Samples are also acceptable for quotation purposes.
Q7: What Will You Do for After Sales?
A: After you receive our goods, we will frequently follow up with you to ensure everything is satisfactory. If there are any quality issues, we will investigate and provide a credit note or make replenishments as necessary. We always conduct a final inspection before shipments to ensure the delivery of high-quality products.
