Q1: What is the Process of an Order?
A: To place an order, you need to send us a detailed request. We will then provide you with a quotation based on your requirements. Once you confirm the quotation, you can make the payment. If toolings are needed, we will proceed with making them. After that, we will create samples for your approval. Once the samples are approved, we will move on to mass production. Before delivery, we will conduct quality checking to ensure the products meet our standards. Finally, we will arrange the delivery and provide after-sales service. If you are satisfied with the products, you can place a repeat order.

Q2: How can I get an engineering sample?
A: The time required to obtain an engineering sample depends on your drawings or samples. For machining parts, it usually takes around 10 days. If the parts require processes like casting, die casting, stamping, plastic injection, or aluminum extrusion, it may take between 15 and 60 days.

Q3: What is the shipping method?
A: For engineering samples, we will send them out using international express service or by air. For mass production, the shipping method depends on the weight and volume of the products. Usually, we use air or sea freight.

Q4: Can you help if my products are very urgent?
A: Yes, of course! We understand the importance of urgent orders. We will try our best to assist you by creating a special production schedule to meet your deadlines.

Q5: Can we sign an NDA to keep our design in secret?
