Q1: What is the Process of an Order?
A: To place an order, you need to send us a detailed request. We will then provide you with a quotation. Once you confirm the quotation, you can make the payment. If toolings are required, we will proceed with making them. After that, we will make samples and seek your approval. Once the samples are approved, we will begin mass production. Before delivering the products, we will conduct quality checking. Finally, we will arrange for the delivery and provide after-sales service. If you are satisfied with our products, you can place a repeat order.
Q2: How Can I Get an Engineering Sample?
A: The time required to provide an engineering sample depends on your drawings or samples. For machining parts, it usually takes around 10 days. However, for parts that require processes like casting, die casting, stamping, plastic injection, or aluminum extrusion, it may take anywhere between 15 and 60 days.
Q3: What is the Shipping Method?
A: For engineering samples, we will send them out using international express service or by air. When it comes to mass production, the shipping method depends on the weight and volume of the products. Usually, we use air or sea transportation.
Q4: Can You Help If My Products are Very Urgent?
A: Yes, of course! We will try our best to assist you. We can create a special production schedule to ensure your urgent needs are met.
Q5: I Want to Keep Our Design in Secret, Can We Sign an NDA?
A: Absolutely! We always sign Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) based on our clients' requests to protect their design confidentiality.
Q6: What Kinds of Information Do You Need for Quotation?
A: Kindly provide us with your drawing in PDF or CAD format, along with any 3D drawings you may have. Samples are also acceptable.
Q7: What Will You Do for After-Sales?
A: After you receive our goods, we will frequently follow up with you. If everything is satisfactory, we will maintain regular communication to establish long-term cooperation. In case of any quality issues, we will investigate and take appropriate action, such as issuing a credit note or providing a replacement. We always conduct a final inspection before shipment to ensure the delivery of high-quality products.
