A: To place an order, you need to send us a detailed request. We will provide feedback with a quotation. Once you confirm the quotation, you can make the payment. If toolings are needed, we will proceed with making them. After that, we will make samples for your approval. Once the samples are approved, we will move on to mass production. We will conduct quality checking before delivering the final products. We also offer after-service and are open to repeat orders.
Q2: How can I get an engineering sample?
A: The time it takes to get an engineering sample depends on your drawings or samples. For machining parts, it usually takes 10 days. For parts that require processes like casting, die casting, stamping, plastic injection, or aluminum extrusion, it can take anywhere from 15 to 60 days.
Q3: What is the shipping method?
A: For engineering samples, we will send them out using international express service or by air. For mass production, the shipping method will depend on the weight and volume of the products. Usually, we use air or sea transportation.
Q4: Can you help if my products are very urgent?
A: Yes, of course! We will try our best to assist you. We can create a special production schedule to prioritize your urgent needs.
Q5: I want to keep our design in secret. Can we sign an NDA?
A: Absolutely! We usually sign an NDA according to our clients' requests to ensure the confidentiality of their designs.
Q6: What information do you need for a quotation?
A: Kindly provide your drawings in PDF or CAD format, as well as 3D drawings if available. Samples are also acceptable for quotation purposes.
Q7: What will you do for after-sales support?
A: After you receive our goods, we will frequently follow up with you to ensure your satisfaction. If any issues arise, we will investigate and provide a credit note or make a replenishment if necessary. We conduct final inspections before shipments to guarantee high-quality delivery.
